A clear breakdown of how we protect your data, respect your ownership, and ensure a high-standard service for your business.
1. Ownership of Assets & Accounts
1.1 Meta Business Portfolio
Hogan Systems acts as a technical integrator. We do not own, nor will we ever claim ownership of, your Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business Accounts, or Facebook Pages. All assets belong 100% to the Client.
1.2 Access
Client agrees to provide "Agency" or "Admin" access for setup purposes only. You maintain full power to revoke access at any time.
2. Data Privacy & Security
2.1 Server Security
We take data privacy seriously. Your business logic and customer interaction logs are processed and stored on our secure, encrypted private servers.
2.2 Third-Party Disclosure
Hogan Systems will never sell, rent, or share your customer data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is used strictly to train and improve your specific AI instance.
2.3 Encryption
All data transfers between WhatsApp and our servers are protected by SSL/TLS encryption protocols.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1 7-Day Guarantee
We want you to be confident in your automation. You may request a full refund of your monthly subscription fee within 7 days (1 week) of the start of your subscription if the service does not meet the technical specifications promised.
3.2 Setup Fee
Please note that the One-Time Setup Fee is non-refundable once the AI training and technical integration process has begun, as this covers the manual labor and expert consultation hours already invested.
3.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your AI will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Compliance
The Client is responsible for ensuring their business type complies with the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Hogan Systems is not liable if Meta bans an account for prohibited content (e.g., gambling, tobacco, or illegal substances).
4.2 Accuracy
While Hogan AI is highly advanced, the Client should periodically review conversations to ensure the "Knowledge Base" provided to us remains up to date.
5. Service Uptime
5.1 Reliability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Hogan Systems is not responsible for outages caused by third-party platforms (Meta/WhatsApp API) or global internet disruptions.
